Pulitzer Winner Forrest Gander to Read with Maxine Chernoff

Poet/fiction writer Maxine Chernoff’s most recent books are “Camera” (Subito) and the forthcoming “Under the Music: Collected Prose Poems” (MadHat Press). An NEA fellow in poetry in 2013, she also won the 2009 PEN Translation Award. She is a Co-Founding Editor of New American Writing, and has taught at San Francisco State University for many years.

Forrest Gander (not pictured) was awarded the Pulitzer Prize in Poetry this year. In addition to being a poet, he is also an author, fiction writer, essayist, translator and critic. He lives in Petaluma.
